...Michelle and Cathy are providing a unique opportunity to young people in and around Craigieburn to grow, learn and develop.

This distinctive approach encompassing various facets of self development will encourage students in a small safe and friendly environment.

I feel that this is a wonderful opportunity for our young people to develop life skills that they will be able to employ in all aspects of their daily life and help to provide their self esteem, respect of self and others, and increase their confidence in themselves and their abilities.

The knowledge and experiences that Michelle and Cathy will be able to pass on will be second to none. They both have years of industry experience and have both been recognised professionally in their chosen field. Program participants will be able to benefit from the understanding and exposure they have to offer.

I encourage all teenagers who care about their future to take this course. It is something that is not taught in schools but so vital in helping our teenagers set the foundations for a successful life and career.

Well done Cathy and Michelle on the development of the Body Culture 10 week Grow, Learn & Develop program. Participants will certainly reshape the direction of their life in a very positive way and will also have a great time doing it.
